i was absolutely appalled with my stay. my room had a semi-functional radiator, if one could even call it that. also, i could not believe the bathroom door didn’t shut—how very tacky. and honestly, after those blunders, i expected an upgrade, but that wasn’t happening apparently.

Room heating issues caused discomfort!!! Noise levels from other guests disrupted my quiet time!!! The walk back to town felt excessively steep after a day out!!! Room size discrepancies left me wanting more space!!!

Straight talk, worth it or not?
The views were stunning, and the staff created an inviting atmosphere that felt like family. The five-course meals were delightful, elevating the dining experience well above that of nearby restaurants.
Be prepared for a steep walk back from town. the uphill return can be a challenge after a long day. the spa had inconsistency with guests not respecting the rules.

Had a fantastic two-night stay! The spa was a highlight with a relaxing steam room and outdoor heated pool that really helped me unwind. The only small hiccup was that the bathroom door in my room didn’t close quite right, but it wasn't a big deal overall. 😊

Had an amazing time at this mountain retreat with friends! The daily shuttle made it easy to hit the slopes, and our evening walks to nearby Konstanzer Hut after skiing were just perfect. Breakfast was a delight, with fresh scrambled eggs, and the five-course dinners were top-notch—better than pricier places we tried nearby. Can't recommend this spot enough for a winter getaway!
The bar could use some updating, as it felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. This minor detail didn’t take away from our overall experience, but it might be an area to improve.

Chill vibes & cozy stays
We just loved how cozy and comfy the place felt! After long days on the slopes, the outdoor warm pool was perfect for unwinding. the breakfast spread was super tasty with fresh pastries and options for everyone. Just a tip—sometimes it took a bit longer for the staff to get back to us for small requests. But honestly, we can’t wait to come back!
